- Currently, the modmail information message (see below) is not editable at all. Instead of the current system, add options to edit this message similar to all other messages.
The issue with this suggestion is the highly dynamic nature of the information message (fields are added and removed based on ticket context, user interactions and member data). We could definitely let users choose between our generated embed or a custom embed with less dynamic options, but is there anything in particular that you want to change or remove?
