Motivation
When using the automatic reactions module right now, user pings will receive reactions when they get pinged in every category and channel. Instead of this behaviour, certain channels - such as team channels, support and announcement channels - should should able to be excluded.
Key points
- Add a block- and allowlist for channels in which the bot will (not) react to messages with automatic reactions, even if a user gets pinged.
