Submit suggestions
Users with less experience writing and using this forum, may submit their suggestions in our simplified suggestion form on scootk.it/scnx-feedback. This submission form is designed to collect additional details, is available in multiple languages and is simplified to allow all of our customers to submit their feedback easily, without dealing with this forum and its interface.
What happens after I submit a suggestion through the form?
Every submission submitted through the submission form will be read by our product team. Due to the high number of suggestions, we can’t respond individually. However, depending on the quality and noticably of the suggestion, some of them will be added to this forum, so you can vote on the suggestion! If you have enabled the option of being contacted when submitting the form, you will be notified when the suggestion has been added to the forum. Please note that notifications won’t be sent to suggestions that have been added before April 2025. You might also receive a notification if the suggestion already exists so you can vote for that suggestion. Suggestions created by form submissions will be created by our bot, @custombot, unless the suggestion creator has a forum profile and has agreed to be published.
Can I be notified about updates to a suggestion?
Yes! You are welcome to vote and “watch” suggestions on this forum, so you can be notified via email about changes. If you are not seeing a “Watch” button, please make sure you are logged in.
Can I claim my suggestion?
If a suggestion you made through the form has been added to the forum and appears to be created by @custombot, this means that you might be able to claim it! To claim it, please message the moderators on this forum with the post URL. Please note that we sometimes receive suggestions from multiple users. In such case, the post can only be claimed by one user at our discression.
